“What is the difference between a Multi-Apparatus Class and a Group Equipment Class?” you might wonder. It’s a very good question. Our multi-apparatus group classes are designed to challenge your body’s strengths and limitations by learning how to perform similar exercises on different pieces of equipment and using that knowledge to advance through the Pilates system of movement.
Joseph Pilates designed a comprehensive system of exercises that are performed on different pieces of apparatus, the Reformer, the Cadillac/Tower, the Wunda Chair or the Mat. Each piece of equipment will strengthen and tone your body in complimentary dimensions.

Mat Class Price List
Joseph Pilates’ mat work is the ultimate in DIY fitness, thirty-six exercises that can be modified and adapted to any fitness level from beginner to athlete. Beginning classes lay the groundwork for more advanced mat work plus movement skills learned in mat work can be applied to work in multi-apparatus classes. Mat work is a great challenge if you’ve only experienced apparatus work because you will need to generate support for your limbs from your core muscles without the aid or feed back of spring tension.

Private Appointments Price List
Private appointments are great for exploring the details and nuances of Joseph Pilates’ exercise system. Private work allows one to bring into sharper focus clarity and precision of movement while challenging mental and physical stamina. One on one work can give you a better understanding of how the exercises can be adapted to suit your physical needs and goals. Private appointments are especially great for clients that need more support, feedback or rehabilitation.
